Neither one of the parties are trying to doing anything right. The reform needn't be so complicated. One Simple solution... remove the employer
from the equation entirely. If you ask me It only makes sense to change it so that credit unions and small local banks can handle the insurance policys. They are more than equipped to do the accounting and bookeeping. I think they and each local hospital network and health and human services agency should join together to take the collection of premiums. They are a much better representative pool of the general population in an area. And they can be easily switched over to by just transferring the group policies the employers have over to the local credit unions or banks they use themselfs. If you think about it.. it's going to be a nitemare when they make insurance portable. It'd be a record keeping nitemare for the small business owners.

And it does nothing to address the coverage for millions of unemployed people.
The financial institutions just make the most logical change possible. It's the same demographics as the employers whould be and i beleive they would
welcome a new product to draw customers and members in. Just think about it. It would free up employee time for the employers and allow them to get some real work out of the employees they already have. Instead of being the go between for the insurance companies and collecting the premimums for them..
they can be doing something that increases the small businesses profitablity.
Thus allowing small business owners the chance to hire even more workers. And the financial institutions can handle the policys much better anyways.

WE are putting up with this because this is the price of looking the other way when they took away school prayer. This is the price when we let the Supreme court say abortion was the law of the land. ANd there is more, but it may not get printed if I continue.
The question now is whether America will get back to the moral values of our founding fathers who prayed for Gods guidance and had the courage to stand by our convictions.
